Nice rig... need so many cpu pics? its just a E8500@3.4....
i put 2 new photos of proc with oc but can you see the mobo was the old, 680i. in this new mobo i couldn't test max oc, only max fsb
Very nice OC, That is one huge Thermalright. Never saw one layed out on the desk B4 so I never realized how big they are. How much dose it weigh?

I noticed your read out for vcore shows nothing, mine dose the same or shows .877 with an E8500. What's up with cpuz and these chips?
When it showed nothing I figured it just could not read the newer chips, but the .877 really got me confuzed when I first started pushing the chip I thought it was showing the voltage increase, but that would put my voltage at almost 2.1. I only had to push it to 1.37 for my final overclock of 4.356.
Anyway, Overall you got a great lookin rig.
Peace.

by: alexp999;969619That's what I'm running alexp. But I hear alot of people are having same prob's so I'm not to worried. I OC in the bios and Everest shows vcore is fluctuating between 1.35 and 1.37.
Have you tried the latest version of CPU-Z 1.47?
Plus that OC is only for benchmarking, usually hovering around 4.0.
Thanks for your input though.
i never hear about this mistake in a cpu-z with the volts. i put on bios 1.4 and cpu-z show me 1.368, that is a vdroop i guees, so i really don't care because i don't use the pc with oc, only for test, just like you :)
by: kaosII;970609Just thought I'd check cus the screenshots are of 1.46. Seems wierd though, maybe CPU-Z doesnt like your mobo :S
